Saldívar Gómez

He has been part of the firm since 2017 and became a partner in November 2025, during which time he has demonstrated extensive experience in corporate and transactional law.

Career Path

Gabriel Saldívar Gomez holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

He has complemented his academic background with specialized studies in corporate law, tax law, real estate law, and family business advisory, allowing him to address his clients’ legal needs through a comprehensive approach that combines transactional structuring with long-term strategic planning.

Before joining the firm, Gabriel was part of the International Legal and Finance Department at GRUMA, S.A.B. de C.V., where he worked for four years on international corporate and financial transactions.

His practice focuses on three primary areas. In mergers and acquisitions, he advises clients throughout every stage of the transaction, from structuring and due diligence to closing and post-closing adjustments. In financial services, he represents both financial institutions and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of complex financing transactions. In estate planning, he advises entrepreneurial families on structuring their assets with a focus on asset protection, tax efficiency, and generational continuity. Additionally, he provides general transactional legal services involving the drafting, negotiation, and implementation of corporate and commercial agreements.

He has advised clients in financing transactions ranging from USD $5 million to USD $400 million, participated in M&A transactions valued at up to USD $450 million, and structured high-value family estates across multiple industries.
